1. Privacy Policy

Data Controller Identity

Your personal data collected through your use of the Denge application is processed by Uyrex Labs as data controller, within the scope described below.

Thank you for using Denge. Your privacy is extremely important to Uyrex Labs. This document explains what data the app collects, the legal basis, and the purposes for which it is used.

Data Collected

• Identity and Contact Data: When you sign in with Google, we collect your email address, full name, profile photo, and unique Firebase User ID. Guest logins collect no personal data — only a device-specific anonymous ID is created.
• Special Category Personal Data (Health & Physical Data): Age, height, weight, gender, activity level, and target weight.
• Usage Data: Daily meal, calorie and macro entries, water consumption habits, and exercise history recorded within the app.
• Subscription Data: Your in-app Pro membership status.

Purpose of Data Collection

Data is collected solely for daily calorie calculation, personalization of exercise plans, and providing the best experience. No collected data is sold to advertising companies or third parties.

International Data Transfers & Third-Party Services

Your personal data is transferred to servers located abroad (primarily in the United States):

• Firebase (Google): Used for authentication, database, and server services. Data is securely encrypted to international standards.
• Google Gemini API: Text entered into AI modules is used solely to generate instant reports; not used or stored for training AI models.
• Google AdMob (Advertising): Our app uses the Google AdMob advertising network to provide free access. AdMob may collect your IP address, device ID (Advertising ID), and in-app interaction data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads, and may use cookies. For more details, please review the Google Privacy Policy.
• RevenueCat (Payments): In-app purchases are processed directly through Apple App Store or Google Play Store infrastructure. We never collect or store your payment or credit card information. Only your device receipt data is securely processed by RevenueCat for the purpose of validating and managing your purchase history.

Your Rights

• The right to know whether your personal data is being processed,
• The right to request information if your personal data has been processed,
• The right to know the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly,
• The right to request correction if your data has been processed inaccurately,
• The right to request deletion or destruction of your personal data,
• The right to object to results arising from automated processing,
• The right to claim compensation for damages due to unlawful processing.

Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data using the "Delete Account" button in the Profile tab.

Children's Privacy

This app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 13.

2. Terms of Service

By using the app, you are deemed to have accepted the following terms:

• License: Denge grants users a personal, non-commercial, and non-transferable license.
• AI Misuse: Misuse of AI modules, overloading servers with automated queries, and reverse engineering are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in account suspension.
• Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal: Denge Pro (Premium) subscriptions are billed through your iTunes (Apple App Store) or Google Play account. Subscriptions automatically renew for your chosen plan duration (monthly/yearly) unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Subscription Cancellation & Refunds: To cancel or manage your subscription, you must use your device's Apple ID (App Store) or Google Play Account settings. Since all payment processing is handled by the platform stores, we do not have our own refund policy; refund requests must be made directly through Apple or Google.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Calorie calculations, dietary recommendations, AI analyses, custom workout programs offered via Premium/Pro subscription, and other exercise programs are for informational and guidance purposes only.

• Before starting any diet program or exercise routine, you MUST consult your doctor or a registered dietitian.
• Uyrex Labs shall under no circumstances be held responsible for any health issues, injuries, or adverse outcomes from following the app's information.
• If you have a specific health condition or are pregnant, do not use this app without medical supervision.
